Operations Executive – Project Coordination

We are actively seeking a dedicated and committed Project Coordinator who drive agri-tech initiatives at the grassroots level, working closely with FPOs, NGOs, farmers, and other partners. The role involves project management, community mobilization, and training to support adoption of digital agri-value chain solutions. The person will monitor performance, maintain documentation/MIS, and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards. They will act as a bridge between field operations and KIREAP’s technology and strategy teams. People working in KIREAP, are handpicked and should feel elated to be part of KIREAP.

    Location:India – Madhya Pradesh (Transferable anywhere in India)

      Position Summary

      The Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving agri-tech initiatives at the grassroots level, coordinating with FPOs, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of projects. The role requires strong project management, community mobilization, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate KIREAP’s deep-tech solutions into real impact for farmers and off-takers.

        Roles and Responsibilities

        • Coordinate project activities with FPOs, farmers, NGOs, and other partners across assigned regions.
        • Support adoption of digital agri-value chain solutions by training and handholding stakeholders.
        • Monitor project performance, prepare reports, and maintain MIS/documentation.
        • Facilitate community mobilization, farmer engagement programs, and capacity building sessions.
        • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
        • Act as a bridge between field operations and KIREAP’s technology/strategy teams.
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with local institutions, government bodies, and private sector players.

        Skills

          • 5+ years of experience in sales, procurement, or supply chain management within the agriculture sector.
          • Proven experience in working with FPOs, NGOs, farmers, and government bodies to align goals and ensure smooth collaboration.
          • Skilled in engaging rural communities, organizing training sessions, and driving behavioural change at the grassroots.
          • Hands-on experience in introducing and supporting technology-based solutions for agriculture and value chain management.
          • Strong reporting, data analysis, and record-keeping abilities to track progress and ensure compliance.
          • Ability to establish trust-based, long-term partnerships with local institutions, private players, and farmer groups.
          • Adept at addressing challenges in the field, resolving disputes, and finding practical solutions.
          • Strong verbal and written communication to explain technical solutions clearly and train diverse stakeholders.
          • Knowledge of agricultural value chains, farmer aggregation, and improving market access.
          • Always upholding the company’s core values: honesty, integrity, commitment/credibility, and respect.

          Qualifications

            • Graduate / Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably from Premier Institute.
