Job Position: Machine Learning Engineer

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with deep expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning architectures, and modern ML frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, training, and deploying machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness.

     

    This role demands a strong balance of research and engineering, with hands-on experience in taking ML solutions from prototyping to real-world deployment.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Design and implement custom ML/DL models.
      • Optimize model performance through architecture changes, hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and experimentation.
      • Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models using large-scale datasets.
      • Deploy ML models into production environments with high reliability and scalability.
      • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to build ML-powered applications.
      • Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed models for accuracy, efficiency, and drift handling.
      • Research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and AI to solve complex problems.

      Skills

        • Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on ML implementation.
        • Expertise in Supervised and Unsupervised Learning algorithms.
        • Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks (Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
        • Strong understanding of model deployment practices (Docker, CI/CD, cloud services such as AWS/GCP/Azure).
        • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
        • Solid understanding of mathematical foundations of ML.

        Qualifications

          • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
          • Demonstrated experience in building and deploying ML models into production.
          • Publications, projects, or contributions to ML open-source communities will be an added advantage.
