    Job Position: Junior Software Engineer (ML Engineer + Backend)

    Experience: 0–2 years

    Location: Cochin, Bangalore – PAN India

    Employment Type: Full-time

      Position Summary

      We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Backend Development. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning models, and hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and deploying scalable ML models and workflows into production environments.

        Roles and Responsibilities

        • Design, train, and optimize ML models for supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning tasks.
        • Develop, test, and deploy ML pipelines into production systems.
        • Contribute to building scalable ML/AI platforms and automated workflows.
        • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate ML models with APIs and services.
        • Maintain, monitor, and support ML models and infrastructure for reliability and performance (MLOps focus).
        • Research and prototype new ML algorithms and techniques to improve product capabilities.

        Skills

          • Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
          • Proficiency in Pythonand experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
          • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
          • Basic experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
          • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databasesand data handling.
          • Exposure to MLOps concepts(e.g., CI/CD for ML, Docker, model deployment).

          Qualifications

            • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

            Good to have:

            • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
            • Frontend development skills (React, Angular or similar) for rapid prototyping.
            • Knowledge of distributed training and model optimization techniques.
            • Interest in researching new AI methodologies and system design.
